ORG has served as an asset manager to advise clients’ direct real estate exposure for more than 18 years. In conjunction with our owned real estate portfolio, ORG has managed more than 4.5 million square feet of real estate assets including suburban offices, medical offices, ambulatory surgery centers, research facilities and industrial, retail and residential assets. ORG has developed additional expertise as a Qualified Professional Asset Manager (“QPAM”). A QPAM is a trusted, high-level asset manager approved to handle complex transactions for retirement plans under ERISA rules. With this status, ORG can manage plan assets with greater agility and efficiency, ensuring compliance while pursuing optimal investment outcomes.

Our background in property operations enables us to guide projects from the initial fit plan through turnkey delivery while consistently meeting tenant turnover dates. While our foundation is built on successfully executing improvement projects within commercial spaces, ORG Construction Management is actively expanding. We are currently growing our team and taking on projects in buildings outside of our directly owned portfolio. Moving forward, we intend to leverage our decades of hands-on real estate experience to venture into broader development opportunities, continuing to provide exceptional, on-time results that satisfy all parties involved.
