Founded in 1999 by Jonathan Berns and Edward Schwartz, ORG builds upon a legacy of real estate expertise dating back to 1984 with the establishment of Berns Properties, Inc. by Mr. Berns. From our beginnings, our approach to investing has remained constant: crafting tailored investment strategies designed to meet the unique needs of each individual client and their beneficiaries. This foundational principle continues to guide us today. Our deep-rooted experience, coupled with a diverse portfolio of real estate investments in Northeast Ohio, provides a unique foundation for our comprehensive investment services.

In 2005, ORG formed a separate consulting entity, dedicated exclusively to serving the needs of institutional, high-net worth and family office clients. Our principals' hands-on experience in managing a successful real estate portfolio brings valuable insights and a practical perspective to our advisory work.

In 2023, ORG expanded its investment consulting offering to provide an even wider range of services to new and existing full-service clients. This comprehensive suite of services includes market analysis, asset allocation, manager selection, investment idea generation, performance reporting, risk management, client education and in-house trading capabilities.
