Ms. Brown joined ORG in 2025 as a Real Estate Accountant, bringing a well-rounded background in both banking and hospitality accounting. Prior to joining ORG, she served as an Accounting Manager for the InterContinental Hotels Group Cleveland cluster, where she led daily financial operations for the InterContinental Suites Hotel. In this role, she ensured accurate financial reporting and supported long-term forecasting and budgeting.

Earlier in her career, Shanae worked in retail banking, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and customer service.

She holds associate degrees in Marketing and Accounting from Cuyahoga Community College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Franklin University. Shanae is passionate about continuous learning and is actively building her expertise in real estate finance.
