Mr. Decker joined ORG in 2014 with 20 years of experience in general building maintenance including heating and air conditioning, electric, plumbing operations, fire and safety and tenant relations. Mr. Decker is a lead member of ORG’s Acquisitions Team and oversees the QPAM construction projects. He is responsible for managing construction projects, bid analysis, contractor engagement, budget analysis, and supervising maintenance personnel. Mr. Decker is certified in Refrigeration Recovery.
